Minecraft Server Connection Issue?

My port forwarding's are working correctly as i tested them with my network IP. I give my network IP to my friends to connect to my server but it gives the "Connecting To Sever" message and eventually times out. Ive tried everything and i'm now out of ideas. I have both UDP and TCP ports open. Any one have ideas?
