Droid Galaxy Home Screen?

I am absolutely awful about losing my phone. I really want to install a gps tracker or something and I was wondering how to do that. Also I want to have a screen lock on my phone but I'm worried that if someone finds it, they wont know who to call to return it. Is there a way to leave a message on the unlock screen? THanks!
