Anyone .. I think I might be pregnant .. Help ?

Okay so I'm 16 .. And I had the Depo shot only once On Feburary 15. Someone told me the shot only last for 90 days .. I didn't go back to get my last shot which was in may . I have a period tracker on my phone and it says I'm fertile in 2 days .. Ive had alot of unprotect sex in the last week and he finished inside of me .. The last time was 2 nights ago .. And I'm suppose to be feritle in 2 days & sperm lives for up to 6 days Soo is there a chance I'm Pregnant ? Or gonna Get pregnant.
