Suppose a UDP client initiates communication to a particular UDP port on a particular host, and yet no application is listening on that UDP port number. How is this fact communicated back to the client? (Be careful to consider the possibility that two UDP clients on host A might attempt, at roughly the same time, to connect to the same UDP server.) ?
