How to gain open NAT on ps3 Mw2?

Okay so I've tried forwarding ports but they never seem to work. The ps3 network test tells me I have NAT Type 2 but that doesnt mean open obviously, MW2 tells me moderate. Does anyone know the specific ports to forward and whether they are TCP or UDP or Both. (And yes I have a static IP)
