Do you have to pass every part of the army pre basic training list?

i'm fixing to talk to a recruiter next week or after and i'm wanting to do the pre basic task list (since i've been hearing that the mos i want isn't always available, 21B Combat Engineer) and I want to know if i have to pass every part such as the first aid part. it's the only part that worries me, will the recruiter help me with that part or what?
