How do I open my NAT type on my PS3 or at least change my NAT type to type 2?

I have already tried portforward.com, and manually adding the TCP ports and the UDP ports needed. I have a trendnet router 432BR WIRELESS ROUTER. Please help me and yes I have UPnP enabled. Nothing has worked so far :(
