Should I stay or should I go(PS3 Black Ops Clan)?

I'm in a clan that, before the PSN Blackout, was fairly active. The people were cool, and we would sometimes play together. Now, me and maybe another guy are the only people on anymore and its quite upsetting. The Clan leader are both offline, but for good reasons(military, internet, etc.) But its been 2-3 weeks now and we haven't done a practice, clan battle, or even play together. I just want to know if I should stay in the clan, and try recruiting people to an empty clan, or just say screw this and hunt for a new clan. If you guys who are reading this are recruiters for your clans then my PSN is Trumpet_Riggs. My win lose ratio is .55 sadly but lately my k/d ratio is 1.5+. Im 1st Prestige lvl 41 as of right now.
