How do I follow up after an interview to thank the Manager?

I applied three days ago for a personal banker position at a Chase branch. My recruiter said I did great, but another branch would like to interview me. They loved me, and two hours after my interview I was asked if I could meet with the District Manager tomorrow (which was today). I was told I'll hear back by the end of next week, but I wanted to follow up with the Branch Manager; telling her thanks for the advice in meeting with the DM, that the interview went well, I liked him & his winning attitude, and that I appreciate the opportunity to work for Chase. Her business card only has the branch address & phone number, and I'm not sure snail mail will get there in time. Would it be appropriate to call her at the office?
