Difference between TCP, UDP | easy 10 points.?

I had a question on this test @ the interview, I didn't know and felt dumb, I was hired anyway but I am going over the questions I remember that I failed to understand. explain this, what is the difference between TCP and UDP. I like to understand this and the concept, thanks.
