If I walk into a recruiter's office and start yip yappin with him?

Lets say me and a friend go into a recruiters office unannounced and start talking about joining and whatnot... will the aforementioned recruiter give us free stuff (shirts, water bottles, candy, etc. etc.) to try to sway us?
