Need help with Port Forwarding (Metal Gear Online)?

I need to forward port 5760 to host in an online game on my PS3. I have gotten into my routers settings but port forwarding is something I've never done before. All I know is that I have to forward this port, any tips? The router asks for a local IP, Start Port, End Port and TCP/UDP/BOTH protocols, HELP!
