Port Forwarding Windows 7?

Trying to do this to get my laptop setup to play an online game, and will likely need to do some more homework; but I was just curious if anyone knew how I could go about doing this. I need to change my TCP, Range and UDP. Any help that can be offered would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!
