Over protective parents AHHHHH what do i do?

okay so my parents are way to over protective. They have a tracker on my car and on my fone! they shaprone(sp?) all my dates and they read all my texts! i have not done anything wrong.. and i want to talk to them! but how? and what should i say? im so nervouse! they wont even let me hang with my boyfriend and his mom with out them there!?
