Is it possible to prevent TCP retransmission for losses packets?

I want to use TCP for transmitting VoIP packets for some reasons! I know it is better to use UDP but there is some restrictions for me. as you know VoIP is a real time protocol and it doesn't need to retransmit losses packets. So I want to stop TCP acking or at least TCP retransmission, is it possible?
