Is my mind playing tricks on me?

i have been using the period tracker on the iphone and my last period was the 25th may and it says i should have had my period on the 23rd but iam 3 days late ive been having cramps and feeling like iam coming on my period but nothing just yet ive done a hpt and it was negative.not sure what to think at the minute.
