Why is charter communication's Security and abuse team trying to make unsolicited connections to my PC?

Over 80 times in the last 4 day since I've installed McAfee Security suite onmy pc's Charter's Internet security and abuse team has tried to make unsolicited connections to my UDP ports. I don't have a p2p program except utorrent which I use for inter-office intranet, but yet these snooping fools keep trying to get into my pc's. Is this a common practice? I have itunes which is where my movies a percentage of my audio file come from. the rest of my music is ripped from cd's WTF!? why am I being stalked by charter?
