What would happen if you take 3 birth control pills in the same night?

I been taking loestrin 24 fe 1mg/20mcg since the end of december. I have never really missed any doses except for a few hours. I just got home from my boyfriends house after doing the nasty all day and came to the shock that i hadnt taken it since tuesday night. We didnt use a condom because i have been tested clean and he was a virgin and too old school to cheat on me, also i am on the pill and he has a medical disorder and cant ejaculate if it happens its a min of 2 drops (fact he pees through a hole in his hip). I also forgot to put my last period in my monthly tracker on my ipod but i been regular and it says I would be ovulating tomorrow. How high are my chances of getting pregnant? and what would happen if i took all 3 pills (wed, thurs, fri) tonight??? (p.s. i already took all 3 and got yelled at by mom)
