Streaming video onto my computer H 263?

I have a AR.Drone quadcopter, which is a remote control helicopter that streams video to my iPad. It streams in H 263, which I want to decode into a viewable picture. Do any of you have any advice on how to do that? The video comes in compressed through a UDP port. Please help this is for an important project.
