My xbox ip address keeps changing?

About every time i turn on my xbox i find out the ip address has changed. Even if i type it in manually, i get disconnected because it changes still. I have a Belkin wireless G plus mimo router. I have 8 virtual ports open with both UDP and TCP open. How do i get my xbox ip address to stay the same?
