I want to study civil engineering and I am confused between Georgia Tech and MIT.?

I recently read that Georgia Tech is the #1 engineering school among recruiters and it ranks a little higher than MIT in civil engineering. I also heard it has a better campus and weather. MIT however has always been the #1 engineering school by US News. Please give me your opinions.
