Enlisting in Guard; need test results?

A few weeks ago, I had an Open Excision surgery on a pilonidal cyst. My recruiter tells me that when I go to MEPS, the doctors there will want test results showing that my cyst was non cancerous, and they'll want the post-operative test results. Do these documents even exist? To the best of my knowledge, no tests were done to check for cancer; and I am unaware of any post-op test results.
