Can I join the Army with past shoulder problems?

I want to join the army and have wanted to for some time. About 1 1/2 - 2 years ago I injured my shoulder and my shoulder was dislocated and I went to the doc and he just popped it back in. since then It seems very weak as it has come out of place at least 5 times since the incidnet occured. One time i was just shaking a rug. i am currently going through the enlistment process and have told my recruiter about the incident and have obtained my records for him. when i go to meps will they do extra tests on my shoulder b/c im afraid it will come out of place.
