Camp and might get period what to do help please asap!!?

Okay so I live in fl and Im going to camp in Cail. My period tracker says when im at camp ill be on my period for 7days while im there (2 weeks ill be there) I would be fine with my period if i could use tampons but this camp is out in the middle of the ocean so we are going sailing swimming hiking and all that and we have to were bathing suits. Is there a pill that will help me stop my period or something i can do to skip this period. Its summer now and during the school year i played volleyball and i skiped the period every other month. So i start running to skip it or do something Please help.. thank you
