BAH with out dependent in BCT/AIT?

I am wondering if I will get Family separation and if we will both get BAH w/o dependent when I go to BCT/AIT in January? My husband is in the Army on Active Duty and I am only going reserve. My recruiter said that it won't affect it but she seems kind of rushed so I didn't get the chance to reword it.
